Skills Course:

If you have tried some climbing before and want to develop previous skills and learn some new skills, this is the course for you. Learn rope work, set-ups and use of the different pieces of rock climbing equipment. This course teaches you the skills to help you get the most out of your rock climbing while at all times keeping safety a priority.

This course is also available to for first time rock climbers who want to learn the basics of rope work and climbing techniques needed to a competent climber. This course takes place over 2 days or 4 half days.

Climb and Kayak:

A full day of activity, combining rock climbing and sea kayaking at the beautiful Goat Island.
