About Us
Ardmore Adventures is the premier adventure activity provider in the West Waterford/ East Cork region. We provide rock climbing, sea kayaking, surfing, snorkelling, archery, team building, powerboat trips lifeguard training and first aid courses in the unspoilt natural locations around West Waterford / East Cork.
Ardmore Adventures was founded by Ronan O’ Connor. Ardmore Adventures grew out of the love of the outdoors and wanting to share with others the exciting and healthy outdoor experience. We want to make it easy for everybody to access and experience the natural unspoilt beauty of the Irish outdoors.
We offer the complete adventure experience from the 1st to the last minute and hope you arrive as customers but leave as friends. Through the adventure activities we provide, our aim is to help you to reach your true potential, by living life to the full with more fun, and with more self-belief and confidence in your abilities to do anything you can put your mind to. With 15years experience in teaching and coaching we will show you what you are capable of.
Keeping your safety and well being a priority, we provide the best equipment available to ensure you get the most from your adventure.
We also offer advice on safety, equipment and any other queries you may have.
